ABOUT NGOZI ASHIBUOGWU, LPCC

Ngozi Ashibuogwu is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC, CA) whose approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy with spirituality, recognizing the sacredness of healing in body, mind, and spirit. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)—both powerful trauma therapies that help clients process painful experiences and move toward lasting transformation.

Her practice is intentionally called brave—not just safe—because bravery can only exist in the presence of fear. Ngozi views it as a bold and sacred act to peel back the layers of pain, trauma, and emotional weariness, and allow therapy, in partnership with spirituality, to breathe life into the spirit, soul, heart, and mind. Whether clients show up in grief, confusion, exhaustion, or hope—she honors that courageous step.

Ngozi’s counseling philosophy is rooted in seeing the whole person—not just symptoms—because true healing requires tending to all aspects of life: emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual. Clients who may have felt silenced, dismissed, or overlooked will find therapy with Ngozi to be a space where they are seen, heard, and held.

She believes healing is sacred work. With compassion, wisdom, and truth, she helps clients move beyond symptom relief into transformation—rediscovering their inner strength and reclaiming who they were created to be.
