About Dr. Christi Cabrera, PH.D., ABPP

Dr. Christi Cabrera is a licensed, board-certified clinical psychologist who specializes in helping high-achieving individuals overcome anxiety so they can feel more confident, present, and engaged in their lives. She provides compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals who may look successful on the outside but are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or feeling overwhelmed on the inside.

Dr. Cabrera believes that therapy should be more than simply talking about problems, it should help you develop practical skills and create meaningful, lasting change. She uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure-based therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients understand the patterns that keep anxiety going and learn how to respond to life’s challenges differently.

Her approach is collaborative, practical, and empowering. Rather than doing the work for her clients, Dr. Cabrera helps them develop the skills and confidence to become their own best therapists. She particularly enjoys working with individuals who are ready to move beyond simply managing anxiety and want to live with greater freedom, confidence, and intention.
