Dr. Wittenberg brings a strong academic foundation and diverse clinical experience to her work as a therapist, consultant, and supervisor. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University and her Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, where she further developed her expertise in counseling, clinical practice, and professional development.

Throughout her career, Dr. Wittenberg has had the privilege of serving clients in a variety of settings, including community mental health, college counseling centers, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. These experiences have allowed her to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a wide range of life circumstances, including those navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex emotional challenges.

Her work across these settings has deepened her commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Dr. Wittenberg’s breadth of experience allows her to support clients with both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the personal, academic, professional, and systemic factors that can impact mental health and overall well-being.
