About Dr. Rebecca Crossley, Ph.D.

Dr. Rebecca Crossley believes that meaningful healing occurs when individuals feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to show up as they are, explore difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change.
As a psychologist, Dr. Crossley values collaboration and views therapy as a partnership. She recognizes that each person’s story is unique and seeks to understand clients within the context of their identities, relationships, culture, and lived experiences. Her therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and grounded in curiosity, empathy, and respect for the strengths that clients bring to the healing process.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches, Dr. Crossley tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and values. She is committed to helping clients deepen self-understanding, build resilience, and create lives that feel more connected, fulfilling, and aligned with their personal values and goals.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Crossley enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and their two dogs. In this season of life, much of her free time is spent chasing toddlers, exploring local parks, getting outside whenever possible, and occasionally finding a great thrift store treasure.
