OUR TEAM
About Dr. Jessica Keith, PHD
I’m a highly experienced clinical psychologist who provides care that’s compassionate, engaging, accepting, and empowering. While people come to therapy with me for all kinds of reasons, most people I see are working on healing from difficulties related to stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. The pain of trauma impacts so many of us, like being hurt by others, experiencing danger or abandonment, caring for others who are struggling, fearing for our future, experiencing work burnout, or witnessing suffering that is all too common in our world.
Therapy sessions with me are active, engaging, and empowering. Since everyone is different, I tailor my approach to address your unique needs and goals. I’m passionate about providing trauma-informed care. This means I prioritize creating an emotionally safe space for treatment, being authentic and transparent, and collaborating with you in our therapy relationship. My hope is that together we’ll explore your experiences, uncover deep insights, and help you develop practical skills that will empower you to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. I also hope through therapy you will grow to value yourself as the person you are without conditions or judgments.
Background & Experience
I received my doctoral training at Columbia University and have 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist as well as extensive additional training in evidence-based therapies for PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I am recognized nationally for my expertise in helping individuals who experienced interpersonal traumas and for providing trauma-informed care.
