Our home base is Newport Beach, and we also have offices throughout the US. Clients in Orange County can meet a therapist in person at our office near John Wayne Airport, or start with secure video sessions from anywhere in California.

The office is in the business district just off MacArthur Boulevard and Jamboree Road, close to the 73 and 405, so it’s an easy drive from Irvine, Costa Mesa, Tustin, and the coastal cities, among others. Visits are by appointment only, so please request a time before you come in.

What we help with
Anxiety, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) (including Exposure and Response Prevention), trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), relationship stress and life transitions, among others. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.

We’re in network with Aetna and Optum/UnitedHealthcare (Oscar through Optum/UHC). Some of our clinicians also accept Anthem and Carelon Behavioral Health, depending on the clinician and state. Our intake team checks your benefits before your first session so you know what to expect.
