Licensed Psychologists in Oregon
Psychologists for Portland, the Willamette Valley, and all of Oregon
Our Oregon clinicians see clients by secure video across the whole state, from the coast to the high desert. Psychological Healing has offices throughout the US. We see clients in Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, and Gresham, and in Salem, Eugene, Corvallis, and the rest of the Willamette Valley. We also serve Bend, Redmond, and Central Oregon, Medford, Ashland, and the Rogue Valley, Astoria, Newport, and Coos Bay on the coast, and Pendleton, La Grande, and Ontario in Eastern Oregon. Our Oregon care uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). For trauma, it includes Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR), with a focus on sexual trauma and race-related stress. It also treats binge eating disorder and self-esteem. Some clinicians offer Written Exposure Therapy (WET), so ask when you book.Insurance for Oregon clients
For clients in Oregon, we’re in-network with Aetna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC). If you have an Oscar plan, we see you through the Optum/UHC network rather than a direct Oscar contract. Anthem, Carelon, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans are also accepted, depending on the clinician and state. That applies from Multnomah County to the high desert. Wherever you are, we check your benefits before your first session, so you know what your plan covers before you start. We do not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.Specialties
