Licensed Psychologists in Washington

Psychologists for Seattle, Spokane, and every part of Washington State

Our Washington clinicians see clients by secure video on both sides of the Cascades. Psychological Healing has offices throughout the US.
  • Puget Sound: Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Everett, Redmond, and Olympia
  • Southwest Washington: Vancouver and Longview
  • North Sound and peninsulas: Bellingham, the San Juan Islands, and the Olympic Peninsula
  • Eastern Washington: Spokane, Yakima, Wenatchee, Walla Walla, and the Tri-Cities
Our Washington team uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). Their focus areas include substance use, trauma-related nightmares, moral injury, and performance work for athletes and professionals. They also focus on a few groups in particular: veterans and first responders; Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) clients; and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA+) clients. Some clinicians offer Written Exposure Therapy (WET), so ask when you book.

Washington insurance we take

Washington clients in King County and east of the mountains can use the same plans. We’re in-network in Washington with Aetna and with Optum and UnitedHealthcare (UHC). Oscar members are covered through that same Optum/UHC network (see our Oscar page). Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans are accepted depending on the clinician, and we accept Ambetter plans in Washington. Not sure about your plan? Send us the name on your card and we check your benefits before your first session. We do not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
