UnitedHealthcare or Optum: which is on your card?
For many UnitedHealthcare plans, mental health benefits are managed by Optum Behavioral Health. That means your therapy claims may go to Optum even though your card says UnitedHealthcare. The back of your card usually lists a “Behavioral Health” or “Mental Health” phone number. Either way, send us your member ID number and we’ll confirm your coverage.
What you’ll pay
Your share of the cost depends on your plan, including any deductible. We verify your benefits and tell you what to expect before your first session. You can also ask our admin team when you book.

What we treat
We treat anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), among other concerns. For OCD, our clinicians use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Most care is individual therapy for adults. UnitedHealthcare members
We see members of UnitedHealthcare and Optum employer-sponsored and individual commercial plans.
We do not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
