Secure video sessions across Illinois
From Evanston and Oak Park to Aurora, Elgin, Moline, Decatur, Quincy, and Mount Vernon, telehealth puts care within reach. Appointments are on Central time. You must be located in Illinois during each session. Many members appreciate fitting therapy in between work and family without a train ride or parking hunt. See how teletherapy works. If you’d prefer to meet in person, we also have offices throughout the US; ask our admin team whether in-person visits are an option with your clinician.

Privacy and secure video
Sessions take place by secure video, and your clinician follows the same confidentiality standards as in an office. Our admin team can explain how your information is handled. If you have questions about privacy when joining from work or a shared home in Illinois, ask us. We’re glad to help you plan.
Verifying your Optum or UHC coverage
We check benefits before your first session so you know what to expect. That includes whether outpatient therapy is covered, whether video visits are covered the same way as office visits, whether your plan asks for a referral or prior authorization, and where you are on your deductible. Most commercial plans don’t need a referral for outpatient therapy, but we confirm yours. Start through the Contact page with your member identification (ID) number. We do not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
Next steps
When you’re ready, use our appointment request form. Mention that you’re located in Illinois and which plan you have. Our admin team handles the benefits check and scheduling, and we’ll answer any questions about how teletherapy works before your first session.
