Our Georgia clinicians offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) by secure video, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). EMDR is a structured trauma therapy that helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they feel less overwhelming.
Racial trauma is a specific focus of our Georgia care. Sessions make room for experiences of racism and discrimination and how they affect your stress, sleep, relationships, and sense of safety.

Aetna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) all work with us in Georgia. Oscar is included through the Optum/UHC network. Anthem, Carelon, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) are accepted depending on the clinician and state. We check your benefits before your first session. We do not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
