Licensed Psychologists in Idaho

Online therapy across Idaho, from the Treasure Valley to the Panhandle

Idaho is a big, mostly rural state, and many counties have few mental health specialists. Our Idaho clinicians see clients by secure video wherever they live. Psychological Healing has offices throughout the US.
  • Treasure Valley: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and Eagle
  • Eastern Idaho: Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and Rexburg
  • Magic Valley: Twin Falls and the surrounding towns
  • North Idaho: Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, Moscow, and Lewiston
Our Idaho care includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and client-centered therapy. Sessions start with a thorough assessment that pays attention to trauma history, and the treatment plan is built around your goals.

Will my insurance work in Idaho?

In most cases, yes. We’re in-network in Idaho with Aetna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC). Oscar plans work too, because we see Oscar members through the Optum/UHC network. If your coverage is through Anthem, Carelon, or Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), it is accepted depending on the clinician and state. That applies in Ada County and in the smallest towns in the Idaho mountains. To keep things simple, we check your benefits before your first session. We do not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
