Licensed Psychologists in Nevada

Therapy for Las Vegas, Reno, and the rest of Nevada

Nevada’s population is concentrated in two metro areas, with a lot of open country in between. Our Nevada clinicians see clients by secure video in all of it. Psychological Healing has offices throughout the US.
  • Southern Nevada: Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Boulder City, and Mesquite
  • Northern Nevada: Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and the Lake Tahoe area
  • Rural Nevada: Elko, Fallon, Winnemucca, Ely, and Pahrump
Our Nevada care is built on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). It treats posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, insomnia, and substance use, and it also supports self-esteem and relationships. Veterans’ mental health and adjusting to major life changes are also part of the focus.

Insurance for Nevada clients

For clients in Nevada, we’re in-network with Aetna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC). If you have an Oscar plan, we see you through the Optum/UHC network rather than a direct Oscar contract. Anthem, Carelon, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans are also accepted, depending on the clinician and state. That’s true in Clark County, in Washoe County, and in the rural counties. Wherever you are, we check your benefits before your first session, so you know what your plan covers before you start. We do not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
