Licensed Psychologists in New Hampshire

Psychologists for the Seacoast, the Lakes Region, and all of New Hampshire

New Hampshire winters can make a weekly drive to therapy hard to keep up. With secure video sessions, you can keep your appointment through a snowstorm. Our New Hampshire clinicians see clients statewide, and Psychological Healing has offices throughout the US. We see clients in Manchester, Nashua, and the Merrimack Valley, in Concord, and in Portsmouth, Dover, and the Seacoast. We also serve Laconia and the Lakes Region, Keene and the Monadnock Region, Lebanon and the Upper Valley, and the White Mountains and Great North Woods. Our New Hampshire team uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Chronic pain is a particular strength. The team offers Pain Reprocessing Therapy and CBT for chronic pain, including pain linked to functional gastrointestinal disorders. Some clinicians offer Written Exposure Therapy (WET), so ask when you book.

Using your insurance in New Hampshire

Here’s how insurance works for New Hampshire clients, from Nashua to the North Country.
  • Aetna: in-network for New Hampshire clients. See our Aetna page.
  • Optum and UnitedHealthcare (UHC): in-network in New Hampshire. See our Optum and UHC page.
  • Oscar: Oscar members are seen through the Optum/UHC network, not a direct contract.
  • Anthem, Carelon, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS): accepted depending on the clinician and state, so ask when you contact us.
We check your benefits before your first session and tell you what we found. We do not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
